The art of inner alignment
Through an evolving journey of self-discovery, my path has been shaped by movement, nature, and creative expression—guided by curiosity, and the continual return to alignment within body, mind, and soul.
Advanced studies in yoga and healing
Learning is an ongoing process and an important part of my path. Throughout the years, I have studied with internationally respected yoga teachers such as Shiva Rea and Sarah Powers, whose work continues to inspire me. Over time,
my practice has expanded into healing therapies such as Tui Na—an ancient Chinese massage therapy focused on restoring balance and supporting the body’s natural healing abilities—as well as Past Life Regression Therapy.
I am an internationally certified yoga teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance, and I hold certificates in Chinese Medicine massage therapy and Past Life Soul Regression Therapy.
Living and teaching with intention and authenticity.
Living in alignment with what feels true guides how I teach and move through life. I hold space for others to slow down, reconnect inward, and return to clarity and ease.
Let’s connect and explore more together!

Living & teaching with intention
Yoga, nature, and creativity guide my path.

I was living in San Francisco when I took my first yoga class—almost by chance.
What began as a personal practice evolved into a lifelong path of healing, self-discovery, and supporting others. More than 20 years later, I’m deeply grateful for the community that has grown around my work in Gothenburg and in Costa Rica.
After the passing of my sister in 2016, I found myself reevaluating my life and reconnecting with what truly matters. It became clear that I needed to live closer to nature and with more intention.
Winters in Costa Rica
I live part of the year in Costa Rica, where life moves at a slower, more grounded pace. I’m drawn to its simplicity, inspiration, and deep connection to nature.
