A Lifelong Practice
I was living in San Francisco when I took my first yoga class. Looking back, it almost seems like it happened by chance – at that time I had no connection to yoga. I remember walking into a studio close to my home, and I never really left.
Eventually, I moved back to Sweden and signed up for a yoga teacher training. That was more than 20 years ago. Since then, I’ve been teaching regularly through classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings.
For me, teaching is not about performance. It is about presence, connection and lived experience. I want my classes to feel accessible, grounded and authentic — a space where people can feel, sense and explore the experience without needing to perform or have all the answers.
Yoga has taught me how to listen. Life is always changing, and so are we. Through practice, we learn to pause, notice, and realign—on the mat and in life.
In that space of stillness, we begin to see more clearly who we are and how we want to move through the world. It takes honesty, trust, and courage.

Grateful for My Teachers
Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to study with teachers from different yoga traditions. My own journey began with Bikram and Ashtanga Yoga and has since expanded through Vinyasa flow. And today I offer classes in most styles from Vinyasa to Yin, Hatha and Pranayama.
Among the teachers who have influenced me most are Sarah Powers and Shiva Rea, whose authentic dedication and long experience have shaped the way I understand and teach yoga. I continue to travel, study and learn, allowing my practice and teaching to evolve over time.
